Terms of use

Last updated 25 October 2026

Your health comes first. PushTri gives training guidance, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new training plan, especially if you have a health condition or are coming back from injury. Stop and get help if you feel pain, dizziness or chest discomfort.

About these terms

These terms cover your use of the PushTri website and app. By creating an account or using PushTri, you agree to them. If you have a question, email hello@pushtri.co.uk.

What PushTri does

PushTri builds a swim, bike and run training plan from your availability, goals and results, using fixed, rules-based training logic. It doesn't use AI. The plan is general guidance for healthy adults. It can't account for everything about your body, so use your own judgement and listen to it.

The private trial

PushTri is being tested before launch. During the trial, features may change, break or be removed, and automatic syncing with watch platforms isn't available yet. Trial access is free and can end at any time. Please send feedback through the app or by email.

Using PushTri fairly

Don't misuse the service, try to break or copy it, upload files that aren't yours, or use it to harm anyone. We can suspend accounts that do.

Connected services

If you connect Garmin Connect, Strava or another service, their own terms also apply. Garmin and Strava are trademarks of their owners. PushTri isn't endorsed by them.

Our content

The PushTri name, logo, app, training rules and written content belong to PushTri. Your training data stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service, as our privacy policy explains.

Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep PushTri accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Training carries a risk of injury, and you take part at your own risk.

We aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that UK law doesn't allow us to limit. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes in advance. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
